iforce® Branch Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing an assigned iforce® office and ensuring its profitability. Primary responsibilities include:
Implement and monitor iforce® policies and procedures, as well as train and coach internal staff as needed
Develop marketing and sales programs to bring in new business and retain existing clients
Recruit, train, coach, and counsel Staffing Specialists to enhance the business of the office
Design activities or programs to encourage recruitment of temporary associates
Communicate with other Branch Managers, District Managers, and Headquarters staff
Review pricing with clients to ensure office profitability
Successfully obtain new business accounts
Be able to fill-in where needed in the office
Minimum requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a management or supervisory role
Previous sales, human resources, and/or customer service experience required
Proven track record for increased profitability and revenue, successful staff leadership and development of new business
Excellent communication, customer service, presentation, computer, and multi-tasking skills a must
Must be able to prioritize and switch between tasks quickly
Ability to produce results in a high-stress, deadline driven environment
